3RDSPACE and City of Memphis Office of Business Diversity and Compliance release a limited-run t-shirt collaboration with Memphis small businesses and local artists. Each artist and business created a T-shirt to be sold to support those businesses affected by the 2020 COVID-19 Pandemic.
